Promo Period: December 10, 2024, to January 10, 2025

Raffle Draw Date: January 13, 2025

 

Prizes:

• Kodak M35 Film Camera: 1 winner per branch

• Solo Basic, Duo Basic, and Group Basic Packages: 1 winners per category, per branch

• One-time free ESC (worth Php 500): 10 winners per branch

 

Criteria for Entry: Clients will receive raffle coupons based on their total transaction amount:

• Php 1,500 = 1 Raffle Coupon

• Php 2,500 = 2 Raffle Coupons

• Php 3,000 = 3 Raffle Coupons

• Php 3,500 = 5 Raffle Coupons

• Php 7,000 = 10 + Free 5 Raffle Coupons

 

Eligibility and Guidelines:

• Clients must fill out the raffle coupons with their full name as it appears on their valid ID.

• Raffle coupons are issued per transaction, not per session.

• All bookings are eligible if the transaction occurs between December 10, 2024 and January 10, 2025. However, if the session is scheduled after January 10 (even if booked within the promo period), it will not qualify for this promo.

• The attending staff is responsible for recording the client’s details as written on the coupon, along with their corresponding transaction code.

• Splitting transactions to gain additional raffle coupons is strictly prohibited. Any confirmed violation will result in the disqualification of the corresponding coupons at management’s discretion.

• If the transaction includes a discount, the validity for raffle entry will be based on the actual amount paid after the discount is applied.

• Once a transaction is paid, it is considered final and complete. Additional purchases cannot be combined with previous transactions to meet the minimum spend requirement for a raffle coupon. Each transaction is evaluated separately.

• Raffle coupons must be submitted immediately before leaving. Failure to do so will result in the coupons being considered invalid and excluded from the draw.

• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other items.

• Changes in branch location or rescheduling of redeemed packages will be considered forfeited. No alternative winners will be selected.

• Winners must schedule their prizes until the end of 2025. Any unclaimed free sessions and free add ons after 2025 will be considered invalid. Blackout dates for peak seasons and holidays may apply.

• The free enhanced soft copy is valid for one-time use only.

• Winners will be contacted using the details provided at the time of their transaction. A list of winners will also be published on UFOTO’s official social media accounts.

• To claim a prize, winners must present a valid ID that matches the name written on the raffle coupon.

• Winners must claim their prizes within 30 days from the draw date. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited.
