  • Add Ons & Extras
    Add ons and extras for your packages are now settled on the day of your shoot. All you have to settle for now is your payment for the package itself. Extra Print - 50 Extra Kid - 200 (4-12 y/o) Extra Adult - 250 Extra Pet - 100 (Mid to Large sized) Extra Backdrop - 150 (Per color) Extra Soft Copy - 500 (Raw + Enhanced) For more questions about the add ons, please refer to FAQs.
  • Booking Process
    To schedule a session with us, 1. Click the Book Now button (upper right). 2. Select your package, preferred date and slot. 3. Fill out all the needed details and proceed with your payment. All add ons will now be made in the studio. 4. You will be redirected to the payment process, settle immediately. Once settled, screenshot the confirmation page and just present on the day! ☺️ Please note that we are no longer accepting bookings through our Facebook page.
  • Pet-friendly?
    Yes! We love furfriends at UFOTO, but we require them to wear diapers to avoid peeing/pooping inside the studio. Small pets are free, medium to large sized are 100/pet.
  • Operating Hours?
    We open at 9AM every Friday to Sunday while on Monday to Thursday, earliest slot available is 10AM.
  • Pet-friendly?
    We are pet-friendly, but we strictly require pets to wear diapers to avoid them peeing or pooping inside the studio.
  • Parking space?
    We have street parking only right in front of the studio. No clamping or towing.
  • Location?

  • Can I take photos outside the studio?
    Yes, as long as no professional cameras are used.
  • Can we avail add ons on the day or after our session?
    Sure. But be informed that we only keep your files for 30 days. Later than that, we may no longer accommodate add-ons.
  • Do you accept walk-ins?
    We allow walk-ins every Monday to Wednesday from 10am to 6pm and Friday from 9am to 7pm, during the available slots only. Kindly monitor the available time slots as we prioritize those who have confirmed bookings. Please also note that we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate walk-ins right away due to confirmed bookings and other walk-in customers on the day. Bookings are required for weekend sessions.
  • Do you allow rescheduling?
    We can reschedule for free once as long as we're given advanced notice (2-3 days). Otherwise, there is a rebooking fee of P250 for Solo and Duo Packages and P500 for Group Package. You may pick a new schedule within 30 days from the original booking. Failure to reschedule within the given time frame will result to forfeiture of booking. Clients will no longer be allowed to reschedule after their third successful rebooking.
  • How do I know my booking is confirmed?
    Once you settle your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.
  • Is there an area where we can change outfits?
    Yes, we have a restroom that you can use before your session starts.
  • When do you open slots?
    We open a new slot everyday, exactly 30 days from the current date. For instance, on April 1, a new slot opens for May 1. With this, customers may book a session as early as 30 days in advance.
  • How long do you keep the soft copies?
    We only keep your photos for 30 days. After that, we may delete it without prior notice. For files uploaded to Google Drive, we can only guarantee your photos for 90 days.
  • Do you edit the photos before printing?
    Yes, we apply our own filter.
  • Can I book another slot on the day itself?
    Yes, as long as the next slot is free.
  • Can we go in early?
    You will only be allowed to enter 10 minutes earlier to avoid overcrowding.
  • How can we get the soft copies?
    Soft copies will be shared via Google Drive or Airdrop before you leave, both edited photos and photos in layouts.
  • Does it include light equipment?
    Yes. There are two sets of light equipment, one is fixed inside the studio and the other can be provided by request. Kindly inform us in advance should you need the second set.
  • How many soft copies do we get?
    The number of soft copies included in the packages will depend on your chosen layouts for the prints. However, if you avail the Raw Soft Copy add-on, you may get the soft copies of all photos.
  • How to book?
    You may book a session by clicking the Book Now button on our Facebook page. All available dates and time slots will appear. Simply choose your desired schedule and service.
  • Can I add extra minutes?
    No, we do not offer time extension. If you need more time, you may just book multiple sessions.
  • What if we exceed 10 pax?
    We can allow more than 10 persons inside the studio. However, we highly advise that you visit our studio first to check the space.
  • Do you accommodate bookings during weekends?
    As of right now, we don’t allow studio rental on weekends due to fully booked schedule.
  • Can we rent your equipment?
    Camera and lenses, yes. But for self-shoot equipment, no.
  • Can we eat inside?
    Yes, but you will be provided with a separate table to avoid staining our furniture. Kindly request this from our staff once you'll need it.
  • Do you have an in-house photographer?
    Yes, we have an in-house photographer from 3:23 Studios. You can book our photographer starting at Php 4,500, good for 10 people.
  • Do you allow studio rental?
    Yes, you can rent our studio for ₱3,000/$55 USD, good for 3 hours. Monday to Wednesday only.
  • In case we book more than 1 day of studio rental, can we leave our stuff overnight?
    Should you need to leave your equipment overnight, you may do so with a Php 1,500 Storage Fee.
